1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between kui99 ("we", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the kui99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

Kui99 is a licensed online gaming and betting platform operating under international gaming regulatory authorities. Both kui99 and its members share the responsibility of complying with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

• Each individual may operate one account only.

2 Account Register

To open an account with kui99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details submitted during registration may be verified at a later stage. We reserve the right to close any account where incorrect information has been provided.

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.
• Keep your login password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3 Age Verification

Kui99 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using this platform or opening an account. We may request a government-issued ID at any stage of registration to verify age.

• Age verification may be required using a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Failure to pass age verification will result in account suspension.
• If an underage account is identified, all associated transactions will be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on kui99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions that do not follow our Terms & Conditions may be cancelled.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 300.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• We monitor all large transactions to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonus Terms

Kui99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. Misuse of bonuses may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of your account.

• Welcome Bonus: A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing your first deposit bonus.
• Reload Bonus: An 8x wagering requirement applies to the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback: Cashback can be withdrawn directly with no wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If wagering is not completed within 7 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any friend or acquaintance.
• Any suspected bonus abuse or manipulation will be investigated and acted upon accordingly.

6 Betting Rules

Kui99 offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino, fish games, and more. Each category has its own rules, though certain general rules apply across all of them.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets must be confirmed before odds change; if odds change after confirmation, the bet will be settled at the original odds.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Kui99 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the game and event.
• Bets linked to match fixing or any form of manipulation will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kui99. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic manipulation to exploit the bonus system.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Spreading false information against the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Outside of rule violations, accounts may also be temporarily suspended or permanently closed in certain circumstances. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

• Failed KYC verification will result in account suspension.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be closed after notice is given.
• To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.
• Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before an account is closed, provided no rules have been violated.
• If you request permanent self-exclusion, you will not be able to register again in the future.

9 Responsible Gaming
